HsTcp2Com是一個Windows應用程序通信
允許/網橋轉發數據之間的串行端口（RS232，
藍牙，紅外線，USB）表示為COM端口和TCP/IP
連接或UDP/IP鏈路。在最簡單的情況下它是一個
COM端口的TCP/IP轉換器，但它可以彌合之間的數據
COM和UDP或TCP端口，TCP端口任意組合
