featureofWMLmakesthedesignofmobilepagesdifficult,
sincethedesignermusttesttheWML-siteonanumberof
mobilephonesandmustthereforepayfordevicesthemselves
andWAP-access.

TheWAP2.0specificationdeterminestheso-calledmobile
XHTMLlanguage,whichissimilartoHTMLandallowstouse
stylesheets.TheideaofmobileXHTMListosimplifythe
designofmobilecontent,forcingthepagestoberendered
similarlyonallmobileterminals.However,notall
WAP-capabledevicessupportXHTML.TheMIME-typeofmobile
XHTMLpagesisapplication/xhtml+xml,andtheusercannot
besurethatthepageisdesignedforamobilephone.
AnotherproblemisthattheXHTMLpagesmayalsonotrender
similarlyondifferentmobileterminals.

documentsondifferentdevices.Itisintendedfordesigners
ofmobilecontent.InordertodebugWMLorXHTMLcontent,
theuserofWAPProofshouldnotloadthesamedocumenttoa

click.
